The following facilities are available to guests at no additional charge:

Kitchen & Laundry

There is a communal kitchen and laundry facilities that guests are welcome to use at any time. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven / hob, microwave oven, large fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. In the utility room there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

As these facilities are complementary, we request that guests try to keep things clean and tidy.

All the major supermarkets are close at hand in the town centre: Morrisons, Sainsburys, Waitrose, Tesco, and Marks & Spencer. Guests are welcome to store food in the fridge and freezer, but we would be grateful if you could remove leftover food from the fridge and freezer at the end of your stay.

Wi-Fi Internet Access

Wi-Fi Internet access is available throughout. Please ask for the Wi-Fi password if you can’t find it in your room.

Parking

We have private off-street parking spaces for 5 vehicles, as well as on-street parking permits. The private off-street parking spaces are suitable for cars and small vans (no longer than a standard Ford Transit). Longer vehicles can be parked on the street.

Local parking restrictions operate from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday. Outside these hours, you can park in any residents parking bay without needing a permit.
